The cottage is surprisingly spacious, retaining many original features including beamed ceilings and paneled doors. The dining room and kitchen are unusually situated on

the lower floor leading onto the riverside terrace via stable doors. The beach is just a five minute walk away and all amenities are within a few minutes walk from the property, including Free parking in the village car park, situated across the road. A rather special holiday retreat, perfect for summer and winter breaks alike, you are promised a wonderful stay at Bodlondeb cottage, situated in a pretty seaside village in the breathtaking Snowdonia National Park. This beautifully refurbished, three storey, eighteenth century Welsh stone holiday cottage, with its own private riverside terrace and open log fire, is located in the idyllic village of Llwyngwril, on the north west coast of Wales. The private riverside terrace is a wonderful sun trap too. And should you happen to get a bit hot, there are steps right down to the river for a paddle! The cottage is ideally suited to couples, with one stunning first floor galleried bedroom featuring a vaulted ceiling. Bodlondeb provides the best of both worlds. It is a holiday home with tremendous character but has been brought bang up to date to provide an extremely comfortable seaside retreat. So enjoy the quirky layout, beamed ceilings, and feature stone walls. But take full advantage of the storage heating, lower ground under floor heating, bathroom, fitted kitchen with traditional Belfast sink, king size bed with luxurious mattress, leather sofas, 32 inch plasma TV, DVD and CD players. Something else that makes this cottage rather special is the location. Situated in the stunning Snowdonia National Park, the local beach is just a five minute walk from the cottage. This beautiful, unspoilt beach has wonderful views across to Snowdon. The area enjoys a temperate climate, influenced by the Gulf Stream. Dolphins, porpoises and seals are seen regularly throughout the year as well as red kites, peregrine falcons, buzzards and other wildlife. For your convenience the village has a pub and grocery store, both within a two minute walk from the cottage. Nestled between the seaside towns of Barmouth and Tywyn and with Aberdovey, Dollgellau and Machynlleth all nearby, the cottage makes the perfect base for activity holidays, seaside fun and romantic getaway breaks.
