There is "fresh," and then there is Lochailort fresh. Our chefs have been busy in the kitchen this morning butchering a whole local deer and the results are spectacular.

From the morning’s butchery to the final plate, come and taste the very best of our Highland larder while it lasts!

It’s local, it’s sustainable and it won't be around for long!

Don't worry, we are still serving up our classic Lochailort Roast Dinner this Sunday (and every Sunday!).
