Last week’s two day summer might seem like a distant memory but there are some advantages to a damp dreich day …..just a wee sea urchin for company on the beach today 😉😊 If you fancy getting away from it all, we’ve still got some availability in September and October this year and our 2027 calendar is open too….what are you waiting for? 😉

We were thrilled last week when our lovely guests, Pete and Sally, sent us this fabulous footage of an otter just strolling past Heather cottage! The otters are regular visitors at Cathair Dhubh but we don’t often catch them on camera. A huge thank you to Pete and Sally 😊
