Words cannot express how overwhelmed we are by all your comments, cards, letters and flowers for Brian. We are eternally grateful and moved.

Brian will be making his last journey from Somerton Gardens via the front of The Somerton just after 10 am on Thursday 30 April to Roucan Loch at 11.00am. Roucan Loch is for family only.

We will have a celebration of his life at Lockerbie Memorial Church Museum - LMCM at 1.00pm. All are invited to the church and The Somerton afterwards.

Uncle Brian was one of the strongest, funniest and kindest man we ever knew. We feel so proud and grateful to have been able to call him our uncle.

After celebrating his 50th birthday, Brian sadly passed away last night surrounded by his family.

He truly was the life and soul of every room, and he will be deeply missed by all of us and the entire Somerton community.

Rest easy, Uncle Brian
