At Raheel Travel, we are honored to take our guests on a spiritual journey to one of the most significant landmarks in Islamic history – the battlefield of Badr. On the 17th of Ramadan, the Battle of Badr unfolded, where only 300 Muslims stood firm against a massive force of 1000 Quraysh. Despite being outnumbered, their complete trust in Allah’s plan brought victory, and His help arrived in the form of angels. It was also in this battle that one of the greatest enemies of Islam was killed, Abu Jahl.

As we walked the ground where history was made, we reflected on the land’s transformation. The land had recently been irrigated to ensure lush, thriving crops. But as the enemies were thrown into a nearby well, all the crops have ceased to grow, serving as a powerful sign of Allah’s control over all things.

Visiting this sacred site is a historical experience; a chance to reflect on the profound lessons Badr teaches us. Numbers and strength are insignificant when we place our trust (Tawakkul) in Allah. His support is the true source of victory.

Our journey also takes us to the cemetery where the brave Shuhada of Badr are laid to rest. Here, we pay our respects to those who gave everything in the path of Allah, reminding ourselves of the strength, courage, and complete faith they exemplified.
