What catches your eye when you look up at The OWO?

There are details on Whitehall you can walk past a hundred times without really noticing.

The Old War Office has stood here since 1906, its scale and architectural detail designed to make an impression from the street. More than a century later, much of what defined the original building remains - from its Portland stone façade to the sculptures by Alfred Drury that crown it: allegorical figures watching over Westminster from the roofline.
