Meet the team.
As General Manager of Sun Street, Niccolo’ is part host, part historian and part cocktail critic. Here's what he told us.

Hospitality chose me as much as I chose it. Fast-paced, people-first, never the same day twice. When Sun Street came along, the charm of the place and the people in it made the decision easy. Some places just feel right from the moment you walk in.

A good coffee. Then the team. Every morning starts the same way: check in with the people who make this place run, make sure every detail is in order before our guests arrive. The tone of the day is set before most guests are even awake.

The details you notice are intentional. The ones you don't are the ones we're most proud of. A lot of care goes into the small things here and that's exactly where the experience lives. You may not always see it, but you'll always feel it.

When I'm not at Sun Street, you'll find me on the sidelines. My daughter plays football on weekends, and honestly, there's nowhere else I'd rather be. The best hospitality, after all, starts at home.
