Growing up my mum taught us to always make sure the house was presentable so if a guest ever showed up by surprise, we won’t be caught out. I guess I still keep that in the back of my mind till today. That’s why as soon as a guest checks out we do a clean, whether or not there’s a booking. You never know when someone is going to need a room!

We’ve been so quiet lately… and honestly it’s because hosting during the pandemic period has been HARD! We are so accustomed to having gursts visiting family, friends or visiting London to tour. However over the past year this has changed dramatically! The guests we get are increasingly younger people looking for a release from the boredom of lockdown. As such the number of parties has shot up which we don’t allow at all.

Why am I telling you this? Because our customer service has suffered as a result… and that’s not what we are about. Hosting is supposed to be fun for us and our guests, that’s why we are in the business!

So here’s a reminder to us and all the host community and our guests to keep going! Keep giving top service and don’t let some guests get you down.. the majority are great and that’s who we are here to serve!!

Looking for a cleaner with strong experience in the hotel and short term rental business. Must have minimum 2 years experience cleaning for hotels and short term holiday rentals like Airbnb.
Position is London based - Southwark and Greenwich boroughs. Requirements include:
- Washing and ironing bedding
- ensuring the place is immaculate at turnover for next guests
- Regular turnover cleaning following strict Covid cleaning policies
- must bring own supplies
- pictures and videos taken and sent after every clean
- report damaged or missing items or breaking of house rules e.g. parties and events
- general turnover cleaning

We set up the apartment to your specification from one of our 3 packages. Our packages include helium balloons, rose petals, champagne, chocolates, cupcakes, balloon garlands and arches... you name it we do it!
Our packages are surprise packages, so we set up the room prior to check in, then when your partner walks in they are pleasantly surprised! 🥰🥰👄👄❤️😘♥️💕
