35 degrees in the garden today. Lucky we had a storm two nights ago.

Trip on Wednesday to Ukanc at the bottom of Lake Bohinj. Walked 1.5 hrs through meadows and 500 steps up to the Savica Waterfall. Then back down to the lake for a boat ride across to the opposite side to Ribcev Laz to get the bus back to Bled.

Walk all the way round Lake Bled today after a visit to St Martins Church and nearby coffee shop. Plus a detour upwards through the trees on rough path to views at the top. Very difficult terrain in places not many hand holds and very steep. Averaging 18,500 steps a day at the moment on this “holiday”!

A few days in sunny Ljubljana. Lots of markets riverside cafes restaurants and fully
pedestrianised streets. Did a really interesting city walk today climbed up to the castle and a nice cool walk down through the trees.
