It was a pleasure to welcome our lovely guests from Norway who came to visit and support their friend while she was working.

Our Restaurant Supervisor Isabel, was delighted to look after them, bringing her usual warm smile, friendly personality and attentive service to their afternoon.

The group enjoyed a traditional afternoon tea in our beautiful garden, surrounded by sunshine, greenery and the peaceful atmosphere.

With delicious treats, a glass of Prosecco and most importantly, good company, it was a wonderful opportunity to relax and enjoy time together.

We love moments like this - where good food, friendship and our warm hospitality come together to create a memorable afternoon.🥂

Meet our new Supervisor, Aakasmik!

We’re delighted to announce that Aakasmik Shrestha has been promoted to Restaurant and Bar Supervisor at The Clarendon Hotel Blackheath!

Aakasmik has been part of our hotel team for more than a year, starting as a Waiter and showing great dedication, commitment and passion for hospitality throughout his journey.

Originally from Nepal, Aakasmik began his hospitality career at Crowne Plaza Abu Dhabi before moving to London to continue his studies and build his career. He is currently pursuing his Master’s degree in Luxury Hospitality Management at the University of West London.

Reflecting on his journey, Aakasmik says: “I believe that with hard work, patience and a passion for what you do, you can keep moving forward.”

From Nepal to Abu Dhabi and now London, Aakasmik’s journey is a wonderful example of dedication, ambition and continuous growth.

There's something about gathering together at this time of year that just feels right 🍂

On Friday 2nd October, Fil returns to The Clarendon for a night built around smooth vocals, big stage presence and soulful versions of the songs people actually want to hear on a Friday night.
