– Fully integrated digital booking, payment and check-in systems to reduce paper use
– Free filtered water at Reception to cut single-use plastics, with eco-friendly bottles made of recycled steel available for purchase. Each purchase supports the planting of mangrove trees, helping restore ecosystems while supporting local communities
– Recycling Nespresso coffee capsules and grounds, giving materials a second life (from pens to bicycles) while supporting a programme that helps over 100,000 farmers protect their futures
– Bulk dispensers for hand, hair and body wash to reduce packaging waste
– Encouraging the reuse of towels and linen
– Energy-efficient heating systems with individual thermostats
