Lovely local cafes, lots of wonderful delicatessens,small restaurants and boutiques make this area a great base to explore from. Public transport links are excellent, which in the area makes getting around London a breeze. Victoria station is a short walk away and nearby are excellent theaters so be sure to book in advance. Located in Central London, we are a 10 minute walk from Victoria Station, 6 minutes from Pimlico tube station and a 25 minute stroll to get to either Buckingham Palace or Big Ben. The Tate Britain is here, & we are on the doorstep of Chelsea. If you are arriving into Gatwick, the express train comes directly into Victoria and takes 30 minutes. Although close to the amenities of the city, Pimilico has its own personality characterised by delicatessens and boutiques. You are close to the river where you can take a relaxing walk or take a boat trip. Or hire a bicycle from one of the many pick and drop off points nearby.
