New Year - a time to look back and look forward. 2020 was a tough year, and we're certainly not out of the woods yet. But there is good reason for hope and we focus on being resilient and resourceful!
But for now, we'd like to wish a wonderful 2021 to our team, our guests, our clients and our community. You are the reason we exist and we are deeply grateful for your loyalty, kindness and for hanging in there when the times were tough.
Please be advised that our hotel will be closed for renovations starting November2020 for approximately 7 months.
I am thrilled to announce that our highly anticipated interior renovation has begun, with the expected completion date of May 2021.

Job Summary

A housekeeping manager oversees the operations of the housekeeping department.He/she is responsible for the overall cleanliness and aesthetic upkeep of the hotel

Other Responsibilities

* Organize, supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff on day- to day basis.
* Ensure excellence in housekeeping sanitation, safety, comfort and aesthetics for hotel guests.
* Prepare duty rosters and supervise the discipline and conduct of her staff.
* Ensure proper communication within the department by conducting regular meeting with the staff.
* Recruit new employees and train them for the housekeeping jobs.
* Counsel and motivate employees on various duties.
* Establish and maintain standard operating procedures for cleaning and develop new procedures to increase efficiency of labor and product use.
* Search and test new techniques and products in the market.
* Maintain regular inventory and checking of furniture, linen, uniform, equipments in the hotel.
Qualification:
* Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent
* Must have at least 4 years working experience as a house keeping manager or assistant manager in Hotel
