A rare and unique weekend in London with New, wordless Family Constellations according to Bert & Sophie Hellinger

Family Constellations, developed by Bert Hellinger, is a practical method to bring to light hidden dynamics in a family or organisation – it allows us to discover the bonds of family past, each involuntarily expressed through our feelings, desires, behaviours, reactions and diseases. These invisible bonds of Love (entanglements) that affect our lives can metabolise in the form of a limitation or a chronic discomfort. When recognized and accepted, become new forces in the service of (our) Life.
During this participatory and experiential workshop, we will explore, via facilitated constellations with representatives, underlying causes of issues, enabling a movement towards healing and success.
Silent Constellations are meant for those who feel that something is missing or wrong with their life, who have discovered feelings or character traits that limit them, for those who are suffering fears, blockages, phobias, who feel they face repetitive obstacles - either in love, in marriage, in the family, with parents, with children, in relationships, in separations, in success, addiction, health, money, professions and organisations/businesses.
Silent Constellations identify the root of many problems in a gentle way. They open a space where what is hidden can be revealed and expressed. In deep silence we follow a bigger movement from beyond, guided by Love.
Some of the themes that will be explored:
• What are family constellations, who are they for and what is there application?
• How greater clarity in our relationships can help us to return to health and joy in life?
• What are the hidden dynamics that create problems between man and woman? How can love overcome what has separated us?
• How does the mother and father archetype affect us?
• How can parents support their children to live a good life, stay balanced and be fulfilled?
• How can we be successful at work?
• What is missing and needed in our organisation/company - to be more effective and successful?
• What promotes good leadership and good flow in organisations and businesses?
• What dynamics hide behind conflicts – for example, in the field of courts and justice?
• How Coaches, Therapists and related professions can use silent constellations for the benefit of their clients?
When the hidden dynamics behind life and relations, profession and business come to light through constellation work, we find ourselves in a new clarity. Through movements that include what has been excluded – in our heart, our soul and our body – we re-member what is forgotten and overcome what has been separated. This enables a reconciliation and movement towards acceptance and a sense of inner peace.
Constellations, developed by Bert Hellinger over the past 30-40 years, have continued to evolve in different directions. Many new and unique approaches of Bert & Sophie Hellinger, such as wordless expression of the ’knowing field’, will be introduced to participants by GERHARD WALPER, accompanied by meditations and exercises to deepen the process and understanding.

GERHARD WALPER ...
… studied pedagogy, psychology and sociology (diploma in educational sciences). He started his training in Family Constellations in 1988 as one of Bert’s early students. In 1992 he set up his first constellations at his own institute “Taunus-Institut für Systemaufstellungen”. He still sees himself as a student of Bert Hellinger as an infinite learning process and perspicuous initiation in “Hellinger®sciencia – the science of love in human relationships”. He also learned and worked with Jakob Schneider and studied organisational constellations with Dr. Gunthard Weber for four years.
From 1999 to 2002 he worked with Peter Levine, the Somatic Trauma developer, organizing his workshops for the Constellation community. In 1997 his close collaboration with Bert Hellinger begun. Gerhard Walper organized in Germany many workshops with Bert Hellinger that were massively attended (about trauma, health, supervision, social work, new family constellations, orders of success and leadership). In 2006 Bert and Sophie Hellinger engaged him as a Hellinger®sciencia-trainer in their own diploma-trainings in Europe, later in Brazil and China and he turned into one of the leading teachers, supervisors and trainers for Constellations.
He teaches at Jean Monnet University/Brussels and he gives trainings of Silent Family Constellations and actively participates in its development. In the last couple of years he initiated the specialization trainings “Constellations for Success and Leadership at Work, in Companies and in Organisations” that is held in Milano; also he developed “Constellation Work for Social Focal Points” in Milano and “Systemic Law - New Family Constellations in the Field of Justice” in Sao Paulo for judges, lawyers, psychological and sociological experts at the courts all over Brazil as an officially acknowledged training.
He is offering workshops in both German and English throughout Europe. A main emphasis nowadays is Poland, where his own training program, “New, silent Family Constellations according to Bert and Sophie Hellinger” started in 2006, with a six-day module every two months. He is a regular speaker at Congresses and at the International Hellinger-Camps in Germany.
