We were delighted to take part in IHG Hotels & Resorts Global Customer Appreciation Week, celebrating the loyal guests and clients who continue to support Kew Green Hotels.

Across the week, our teams took the time to connect with our customers in different ways, from visiting clients and sending thank-you messages to welcoming guests and getting involved in activities designed to show our appreciation.

It was a great opportunity to connect with our customers, strengthen relationships and simply say thank you for their continued loyalty, support and partnership.

One team. One goal. A whole lot to celebrate. ⭐

On 15th and 16th September, our leaders and colleagues came together for the Kew Green Hotels Leadership Conference & Awards 2026.

Across two inspiring days, we focused on our North Star Goal for 2030, celebrated our people and explored what we can achieve when we work together as one team to Kewlaborate.

From building bee hotels as part of IHG Giving for Good Month, to inspiring sessions with Gary Churton and Professor Kevin Fong OBE, the conference was filled with learning, collaboration and new ideas.

We were also proud to celebrate our stars, with more than 80 colleagues nominated and 20 outstanding colleagues receiving awards.

The event finished with a fun team-building challenge, with Region 4 taking the win, followed by plenty of celebrations!

A huge thank you to our speakers, sponsors, partners and teams who helped make the event so special. 💚

At Kew Green Hotels, several of our hotels came together to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival, a traditional celebration centred around togetherness, family, gratitude and sharing special moments.

Across our properties, our teams brought the spirit of the festival to life with beautiful cultural decorations, themed displays and mooncakes, creating a welcoming and memorable experience for our guests.

It was a wonderful opportunity for our teams to celebrate Chinese culture and share the traditions of the Mid-Autumn Festival with our guests.
