We are located in a beautiful 200 year old Victorian grade II listed town house in the Westminster conservation area opposite private gardens. The immediate area is home to a number of historic and beautiful churches and synagogues and we are only a gentle stroll from one of London’s most beautiful Royal parks. Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens are often home to art exhibitions and outdoor concerts as well as being beautifully kept spaces for fun and relaxation. The Diana Memorial fountain and the Albert memorial are just two of many permanent sights found within the grounds. Kensington Palace the new home of Prince William and Kate, the Duchess of Cambridge, is a short stroll further down from there. The entire area exudes history and culture, so there’s more than enough to see to make sure you’re never bored. Staying on Prince’s Square ensures that you can reach the whole of London easily and take advantage of the best transport links London has to offer, Including direct transport links to London’s Financial district, All major shopping areas and Londons airports. We are less than a 5 minute walk from 3 zone 1 underground stations [Notting Hill Gate, Bayswater, Queensway, a 2 minutes taxi ride to Paddington Station and from there 15 minutes on the Heathrow Express to Heathrow airport]. There are 10s of bus routes that service the whole of London – some which run 24 hours per day so no matter where you are, whatever the time, you can always get home.

''Very Nice Hotel:
So we stayed here for 3 nights in May. It is about 10 minutes walk from Bayswater Tube Station. The Manager is just a fantastic lady and made our stay as comfortable as possible. There were pastries in the lounge area every day to take back to your room and they made us a coffee or tea if we wanted one. Excellent value hotel. Hope this is helpful.''
