Another hot summer night on the rooftop, another complete.

Last week we welcome the magical Ana Ortiz to take over our grill and bring her flavours to the rooftop for a very lucky few. On the table there were hand-dived scallops, sizzled in their shells on a bed of aliños butter, empanadas filed with tender beef, unctuous fire cooked pork shoulder and the juiciest summer tomatoes, and caramelised cheesecake crowned with dulce de leche with grilled pears. Heaven on earth (the roof at least).

Incoming: pork based sneak peek.

Last week we spent a sunny afternoon with cooking the main course of his Sundown Suppers menu. Native breed pork chop, parlourde clams, wild garlic and cider. Via for some herbs of course.
