The Fox & Anchor originates from the late Victorian era and has been serving the traders of Smithfield market for years. Grand mahogany doors, etched glass and heavy brass, we serve great British food alongside our favourite cask ales & craft beers. 50 days until the FIFA World Cup 2026 hits our screens.
And 5 tips to make sure you’re ready for it all kicking off on June 11th. ⚽️

1. Make friends with the bar team
There are a lot of matches ahead. You’ll be seeing plenty of each other.

2. Get the app downloaded
No one wants to be three-deep at the bar when something happens.

3. Do a practice run
Bar > Table > Bar. No detours.

4. Choose your team wisely
And by that, we mean who you’re bringing with you.
(Strategically selecting shorter friends is entirely up to you.)

5. Don’t forget to book 🍻
