Bees have been part of the St. Ermin’s story since 2011, when we welcomed our first colonies to our rooftop in the heart of Westminster.
Today, our commitment goes beyond the city, with our rural out-apiary in the West Country giving our bees access to wildflowers, hedgerows and open fields where they can thrive.
For us, it’s never just about the honey. It’s about putting pollination before profit and protecting the wellbeing of our bees. 🍯🌼

Our AA 4 Red Star award is a wonderful recognition, but it simply reflects what our team delivers every single day.

We don’t just have 4 stars, we have over 180. Behind every stay is a team of people whose collective efforts make every guest experience special. From the warm welcome at reception and the immaculate rooms prepared by housekeeping, to the chefs in the kitchen, the bartenders pouring drinks, the engineers keeping everything running smoothly, and every department working behind the scenes, each person plays a vital role.

This recognition belongs to every shift, every department and every colleague whose passion, care and dedication make St. Ermin’s what it is.
