Would you book a room at this Airbnb listing in Greater London for £60 a night?

The host contacted me to see if I can help. They haven't had any bookings since listing in November 2025.

I think this property has a lot of potential. However, it needs a lot of optimising, photos to be redone, better lighting and straight angles, title is awful, does not sell the benefits.
