We are London Flatshare accommodation where we often have rooms available for non-smoking females to rent. 1. Rent:

The rent is inclusive of all bills. (Electricity, gas, wireless internet, 40-channel TV, water tax, TV licence tax, council tax are all included in the rent so you won't pay. There is no parking charges either.)
2. Deposit:
Deposit is usually £100 if you stay less than a month, or around 3 weeks' rent (about £300 for the room 5) if you stay for a month or more.
3. Facilities:
The room is fully furnished and even comes with all the bedding (plus clean towels if you need) like hotels. There's also a bicycle you can borrow for free of charge. Ours is a 5-bedroom flat with a spacious lounge with 40-channel TV, a newly decorated kitchen and a good-sized bathroom with shower and toilet. It is in a safe and quiet neighbourhood in London. It is like any decent family home with your bedroom, fully kitted kitchen, bathroom and living room.
4. Amenities:
There are corner shops open 6am-10pm 7 days a week (2min walk). Supermarkets (Tesco, Sainsbury, Waitrose) are 10min walk. The Richmond Park is 10min walk. (You can see deer and horses.)

Bus stop is right in front (1min walk). Overground rail station (Barnes) is 10min walk. Zone 2 underground tube stations are 10min by bus. 24-hour night bus to central London is 10min walk. Central London is 30-45min by public transport. This flat is in the London travel zone 2 and 3.

There are 4 women in total who are friendly, quiet, considerate, independent and responsible. They are not party animal type. They are a friendly bunch, young and old, from all over the world (in the past from UK, France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Japan, New Zealand, Australia, Brazil, USA, Russia, Hungary, Lithuania, Sweden, Ireland, Finland, Slovakia, Poland and the Netherlands), 20s, 30s and 40s, students and professionals in arts, dance, theatre, management and more.
