Meet the team behind the refurbs! 🛠️

This year, our team has completed refurbishments at Fitzrovia – Charlotte Street, Richmond and Victoria, while keeping our live buildings running smoothly for guests. With more than 20 properties to manage — and more to come — it’s no small task.

Here’s what Yasser Arafat, Operations Manager, had to say: “Carrying out refurbishments while a building remains open is a different challenge. We might be assembling furniture in one apartment while guests are staying next door, so controlling noise and disruption matters just as much as the work itself. We’ve become very efficient at completing an apartment, cleaning it thoroughly and moving everything into the next unit — sometimes on the same day — without affecting a guest’s stay. I’m proudest that we haven’t received a single complaint throughout the work. That comes down to the team being organised, considerate and focused.”
