“Very close to a subway station, this hotel was a super nice surprise.

The service was impeccable, helpful, friendly and welcoming.

Our room was beautiful, elegant, spotless and quiet. I'm glad we stayed here, I'm sure to come back next time visiting London.

On my way to the airport I lost one of my gadgets and the hotel was very very helpful with securing the gadget when it was returned to the hotel.

Compared with many other hotels with the same star rating I dare to say the team at the Ex*********st is exceptional in a positive way.”
