This summer, we welcomed our largest cohort of interns yet through the 10,000 Black Interns programme.

Five interns joined teams across people, marketing, finance, data and operations, gaining hands-on experience across the widest range of departments involved in the programme so far.

Over six weeks, each intern brought their own perspective, built new skills and developed a clearer sense of where their career could take them.
