Sea Peek — Big Reveal!

Say hello to Sea Peek — the newest addition to the Waters Edge family, joining us from late 2026.

Tucked right in the heart of East Looe, moments from the restaurants, pubs and harbourside buzz, and just 150m from the beach, Sea Peek gets her name from the sliver of Banjo Pier you can catch from the terrace. All the life of Looe, none of the noise.

We're mid-renovation right now, and the images you'll see over the coming weeks have been reimagined from the existing cottage to show you exactly where she's headed.

Two bedrooms sleeping five (one king, one super-king with a day bed), an en-suite, a family shower room, and — through in the converted garage — a utility with its own sand shower for washing off after the beach. Door locks, privacy screen included, no awkward moments. That same space doubles as the games room 😊

Out front, a generous sun terrace off the living room gives you a sliver of sea view over higgledy chimney pots and crooked old rooftops — the kind of spot made for a BBQ (allowed!) with nowhere to be. And yes, dogs are welcome too.

We've spent more weekends than we can count at Sea Peek already, and she's exactly the kind of place you want when you're after a bit of fun — a lively family summer week, or a cosy, low-key winter escape. Charming, characterful, and a genuinely fun addition to the Waters Edge collection.
