We already knew it and now it’s official, the harbour town of Looe - a short walk along the picturesque coast path from Sandy Toes - has been named the best coastal town in England!
Its beautiful working harbour, stunning beaches, attractions and lively town were among the many reasons why Looe - the location of BBC hit drama Beyond Paradise - took the top spot for England and third for the whole of the UK in the new study.
The town’s narrow streets are undoubtedly charming but don’t always make for easy parking. So why not leave your car at Sandy Toes and walk the stunning coast path to Looe in as little as 20-30 minutes?
Dine out, shop and enjoy a chilled drink overlooking the water before heading back to Sandy Toes, where you have another beautiful beach, bistro and cocktail bar right on your doorstep!
