Set in 50-acre landscaped and woodland grounds, on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds, this detached spacious lodge enjoys a peaceful location a short drive from the lovely Georgian market town Louth. Onsite there are spa facilities, a superb 18-hole golf course as well as a Go Active so there are plenty of activities for everyone. d cycling routes throughout the area. Louth has an excellent range of pubs, restaurants and shops to explore, and its just a 25-minute drive to the award winning sandy beaches of Skegness. There is a bar and restaurant about 1 mile from the lodge but you can always get a takeaway delivered or a "Tesco shop"

The city of Lincoln, famous for its cathedral and castle, is less than an hour’s drive. If you are a keen fisherman there are excellent coarse fishing nearby and sea fishing out of Grimsby (about a 30 min drive)

To access the lodge there are 3 steps then everything is on the ground floor. Open plan living space comprised of the living area and . A combined kitchen dining area. The kitchen has an electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Bedroom 1: Kingsize bed with en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet. Bedroom 2: Double bed. Bedroom 3: Twin beds. Bathroom: With shower over bath, toilet and heated towel rail. An enclosed decked terrace with garden furniture

Electric heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Enclosed decked terrace with garden furniture. Private parking for 2 cars; additional public car park. Pet friendly
No smoking. No BBQ's, Firepits or Fireworks are permitted on the Kenwick Park estate.

Following my regular check of all facilities this weekend I’ve spotted an issue with my lodge door being difficult to lock, I’ve made the decision to temporarily close Larch Lodge for the next 3 weeks while I wait for a brand-new door & frame to be installed.

That said… if you’re happy to stay with full understanding of the current door situation, I’m offering a substantial discounted rate during this short interim period. The door can be locked but does take a bit of umph.

The lodge itself remains as cosy and beautiful as ever — this is purely a door-locking issue, and a replacement is already on order.

If you’d like to take advantage of a heavily reduced stay, please message me directly to discuss dates and pricing.
