Last week I had the pleasure of visiting Hearthside Healing in Grimolby. I went for a relaxing Reiki session followed by a sound bath. Which left me feeling exactly how it should, relaxed & less stressed.

The healing practice is used to guide the flow of energy & unclog specific areas that aren’t flowing as they should. We are all guilty of running around non stop until we burn out, so here’s your reminder to take a hour for yourselves.

The Princess of Wales and Prince George paid a visit to Lincolnshire at the weekend to mark Armed Forces Day.

Granted I’d prefer to see this tree at westgate fields still rooted in the ground, but a storm caused it to fall & it has been made safe & cleaned up.

However there is still something beautiful about it, just sat there like a giant broccoli stem.
