THE OLD SWEET SHOP (SLEEPS 6 + 1 INFANT)

This ground floor cottage has ramped access and wide doors, meaning it may be suitable for those with limited mobility. This cottage is the slightly larger of the two and has a modern feel. It has been furnished throughout with convenience and relaxation in mind, as we know that the little extras can make a big difference. It has gas central heating throughout, a widescreen television with Freeview, DVD player and radio. There is a spacious sitting room with dining area with an archway leading to the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.
BEDROOMS
There are three bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room.
1 x King-size Double
1 x Double with en-suite shower, basin, WC and razor point
1 x 3 ft twin
Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, WC and razor point

OUTSIDE
Outside there is a picnic table in an enclosed gravelled courtyard.
Each cottage has the use of a BBQ and charcoal is available to purchase on site.

Bed Linen and Towels provided.
Electricity and Gas included in rental price.
Travel cot and Highchair available on request.
Secure cycle storage

PARKING
There is a car park to the rear of the cottages providing ample parking spaces for all guests.

PEARDROP COTTAGE (SLEEPS 6 + 1 INFANT)

This ground floor cottage is full of character. It has a spacious open plan living/dining/kitchen area with vaulted ceiling and exposed beams. The two archways lead to the bathroom and bedrooms, all with sloping ceilings. It has been furnished throughout with convenience and relaxation in mind, as we know that the little extras can make all the difference. It has gas central heating throughout, a widescreen television with Freeview, Dvd player and radio.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, separate fridge and freezer.

BEDROOMS
There are three bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room.
1 x King-size double with en-suite shower, basin, WC and razor point
1 x Double
1 x 2 ft 6 twin
The master bedroom has an additional small screen television with Freeview.
