The Tour of Britain is coming to Louth! 🚴

On Thursday 3rd September, Stage Two of the Lloyds Tour of Britain Men will pass through Louth as the riders make their way from Boston to Skegness.

With the race coming through the area, there may be some temporary road closures and travel disruption, so it’s worth planning your journey ahead of time.

The August Bank Holiday is almost here, so why not make a weekend of it and head to Louth?

Our motorhome stopover is just a short walk from the town centre, making it the perfect base for exploring. Leave the motorhome behind and discover independent shops, cafés, pubs and restaurants, take a stroll through Hubbard’s Hills or head out into the Lincolnshire Wolds.

There’s also plenty happening over the Bank Holiday weekend, including Passage Fest from 29 to 31 August, with live music, food and drinks just a five-minute walk from the stopover.

And if motorsport is more your thing, British Superbikes return to nearby Cadwell Park from 29 to 31 August.

A small update from Louth Motorhome Stopover 🚐

From 1st July 2026, there will be a small increase to our Motorhome Stopover charges.

• Overnight stays will be £13 per night
• Black waste disposal will be £3.50

We'd like to thank all of our guests for their continued support and understanding, and we look forward to welcoming both familiar and new faces to Louth throughout the summer.
