More money getting waisted by councils and private energy companies.
I know work needs to be carried out but when workers dig holes and repair what is needing done why then leave it over a week to finish on a Saturday.
If the workers that are there during the week worked rather than sitting in the van or round the corner on phone or having a fag it might save every some money.
The crazy thing is they will be first to complain when their bills go up and they are the problem.
