We absolutely love the interaction we have with our followers, and we’re so grateful for the incredible support and encouragement you continue to show us !! However, it’s become increasingly noticeable that a small number of people are using our posts as a place to air grievances or direct negativity.

We welcome feedback, whether it’s good or bad, and we’re always happy to listen. That said, abuse, personal attacks or unnecessary negativity towards us will not be tolerated.

Our team work incredibly hard and they absolutely don’t deserve to be subjected to this kind of online behaviour. Going forward, we’ll unfortunately have no choice but to delete inappropriate comments and block accounts where necessary.
