Each of our rooms are tastefully decorated and furnished with antiques in keeping with the property and all bathrooms have a power shower. Room 1 - The Master Bedroom:
The large Master Bedroom, at The Old Rectory, has
a King Size bed and a comfortable suite, in the triple aspect bay window, where you can enjoy the views down onto the stunning gardens. The room has a flatscreen TV with Freeview and a separate dressing room, where you will find dressing gowns, slippers and a hairdryer. A fruit bowl, chocolates and a well-stocked hospitality tray are supplied for your enjoyment. The large en suite shower room, with a power shower and toiletries, adds to your comfort. Room 2 - Double Bedroom:
The Double Room, with a stunning wooden bed, has views over the front formal garden where you can often see pheasants strutting around and Muntjac grazing. The comfortable sofa and flatscreen TV offers a cosy alternative to the garden. All rooms have a well-stocked hospitality tray, fruit bowl and chocolates. Bathrobes, slippers, towels, hairdryer and toiletries, in your en suite shower room with a power shower, complete the experience. Room 3 - Twin or Super King Sized Room:
This large room can be either made up of Twin Singles or as a Super King size bed. With views over the front formal garden and rockery, it's a great place to wake up and watch the muntjac, squirrels and birds. Relax on the sofa and enjoy the flatscreen TV or make the most of the well-stocked hospitality tray, fruit bowl and chocolates. A hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers are all on hand to make your stay as stress-free as possible. This room has a private, separate, very large luxury bathroom. The large welcoming bath and separate power shower are just what you need at the end of a busy day. Our breakfast options are extensive and varied. All rooms currently have private dining tables and breakfasts are served at a time to suit you. Kessingland is the most easterly village in Britain with a long, wide beach and home of the award-winning Africa Alive Zoological Reserve. Southwold is a short drive away and we have a great, regular bus service too. Tide depending, you could walk there along the beach; a healthy hike after a substantial breakfast!
