Set within the Earl of Plymouth's Oakly Park Estate, The Clive Restaurant was originally an 18th Century farmhouse. In the late 1900s the building was opened as ‘The Clive Arms’ to provide a public house for the many workers of the Estate. Not until 1997 was it refurbished to a contemporary style while maintaining the original traditional features and named 'The Cookhouse'. Now a family run busine

Meet the team! Rosie Davies, our Front of House Supervisor!

Rosie joined the team in Spring 2026 and her daily duties include managing bookings, answering phone calls, welcoming guests and supporting the bar team.

Rosie enjoys every aspect of her role, especially meeting new guests and helping to create a warm, welcoming stay. She also loves working behind the bar and her favourite drink is Robinsons Cider from North Herefordshire.
