The Old Granary is a newly converted traditional 17th century stone granary building with four bedrooms, providing flexible accommodation for up to seven people. It is set in the tiny hamlet of Elton, surrounded by hills and stunning countryside. Situated well away from the road this exceptionally quiet and peaceful hideaway has many original features. These are complemented by modern touches, mak

ing it light, airy and spacious with a contemporary feel. The property is ideally situated in superb walking and cycling country. There is a network of footpaths and quiet lanes from the property, with maps and information provided to help you plan your routes. Six miles away, through the beautiful Mortimer Forest, is the historic fortress town of Ludlow with its castle, riverside walks, and traditional market. Ludlow is renowned for its annual festivals, fine butchers, specialist shops and restaurants. Three miles away is the village of Wigmore with its ancient castle ruins, village shop and pub/restaurant with highly rated food. The ancient cathedral city of Hereford is 25 miles away and a host of natural and historic attractions are within easy reach.
