No visit to The Corries Bed & Breakfast is complete without taking a trip over to Inchmurrin Island ! 🌊🏞️
Inchmurrin offers incredible views, rich history, and stunning walking trails. Even better it’s the only island on Loch Lomond with its own pub and restaurant—making it the ultimate spot for a relaxed lunch or a sunny pint by the water. 🍺🥧
Getting there is easy:
🛥️ Ferry Service: Hop on the passenger ferry departing regularly from Burnfoot Pier (just a short trip from our door).
⏱️ Quick Crossing: The boat ride takes only a few minutes, dropping you off directly on the island shore.

As the official Head of Entertainment here at The Corries B&B , she takes her job very seriously. Part of her daily responsibilities include:
Testing every trail around Loch Lomond for maximum tail-wagging potential 🥾
Greeting all our lovely guests with a full-body wiggle and top-tier tail wags 🖤

A reminder to always look closely when you’re exploring Loch Lomond! 🌿
We had a wonderful encounter with Scotland’s only native lizard species—the Common Lizard—right here at The Corries today.
