Excellent hotel with a fantastic healthy breakfast. Vasyl the manager was very helpful on check-in. We will definitely come agin in June to stay in this hotel to have a meal in the restaurant. The hotel has parking and very good internet connection. One of the new Best Western Hotels. Keep up the good work.

Excellent hotel ,located at a very nice location next to Luton station and other eateries . Superb staff , extremely helpful can't mention the upteen times the staff have gone way and above their call of duty to help me out especially Mr. Vish. Thanks to the other staff members Ms. Savita , Mr. Manoj . Thanks Vish for making me feel at home during my long stay here in Luton.

Easyjet put us up here when they cancelled our flight. I was pleasantly surprised. Spacious room with decent ensuite. Staff were so lovely and helpful. Buffet food option which was just fine. A great stop over hotel.

Due to a long flight delay, I was unable to return to the Midlands. After calling the Sadie Hotel to check availability, I arrived around 00.45 and received a warm greeting from the reception staff which was much appreciated after the day I’d had (as was the complimentary tooth brush kit!!!) preventing a “full meltdown” on my part.

Breakfast was delicious, freshly cooked to order and with quality ingredients (I couldn’t finish it). Again, staff in restaurant and reception team were so friendly and helpful.

Room was clean, modern and facilities great. Highly recommend this Hotel.

Did not stay here just popped in for drinks, place is spotless, modern and they have great selection of drinks. Definitely the nicest place we found in Luton.

Couldn’t find any faults. Good value for money. The hotel was modern and clean with great showers and comfy beds!
Staff were polite and professional and the location was handy for an event I was attending with friends. I would definitely consider staying here again.
