☀️ We’re on the lookout for a new team member!
The Greyhound Coaching Inn is looking for a friendly, reliable Receptionist to join us for up to 15 hours a week.
🕕 Shifts are mainly early mornings (from 6am) and will include weekends — perfect if you like getting up and getting going!
As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll play a key role in creating a fantastic first impression. If you’re organised, reliable, and enjoy working with people, we’d love to hear from you!
As well as welcoming our guests, answering calls, and helping everything run smoothly at the front desk, you'll also be:
✅ Processing online hotel reservations
✅ Taking hotel reservations over the phone and by email
✅ Maintaining the hotel’s room listings on various Online Travel Agents (OTAs)
✅ Processing hotel bookings using the in-house reservation system
✅ Taking and handling payments
✅ Guest check-ins and check-outs
✅ General hotel administration and customer service
✅ Keeping the reception area clean and tidy
Hospitality or customer service experience is great, but a positive attitude and a big smile are even better 😊
