🍯 Honey from the bees at April Cottage! 🐝

The final honey harvest is now going through the filter. The honey is gently filtered to remove bits of wax and other natural debris from the hive, while keeping the honey as close to its natural state as possible. πŸ―πŸ’›

We don’t over-process our honey β€” we want to keep all that wonderful natural flavour and goodness that comes straight from the bees. πŸ’›

And nothing goes to waste! 🐝 The wax cappings removed from the honey are collected and used to make our beeswax candles. πŸ•―οΈ
