We’ve got a little bit of snow on Dartmoor today and also some news for you:
Rob and I have had to make the difficult decision to sell The Old Railway Cottage due to the current mortgage climate. The good news it our cottage is becoming a family home and we have some new plans for 2024! So stay keep following this page for our big announcement next year. This page will change its name to ‘ Stay On Dartmoor’ soon.

Today we head to Dartmoor National Park in the southwest of England.

Dartmoor was designated a National Park in 1951, one of the first in the country and is internationally renowned for its rich history, heritage, flora, and fauna. Dartmoor is also the most important area for Bronze age archaeology in Western Europe, home to ancient monuments such as Stallmoor, the longest stone row in the world at 3.4km!
