Can you believe its been 10 years since we opened the doors of Dorset House? It still feels like yesterday that a troupe of fantastic friends stayed up until the early hours helping us get the finishing touches ready for our first guests.
The market has changed so much in the 10 years since. There were 47 B&Bs in Lyme Regis when we opened, now there are only half a dozen. And a Full Dorset was our most common order - now guests are far more likely to enjoy the veggie breakfast or our plant based daily specials.
But the joy that comes from introducing our beautiful part of the world to guests hasn't changed at all. And we still can't believe that we're lucky enough to live here in Lyme Regis.
So here's to another 10 years of helping our guests make the most of their precious down time 🥂
