Well… this rather stole the driveway. 😍🚘✨

Siebe and Margariet arrived from 🇳🇱 in this gorgeous Continental GTC — and yes, it turned a few heads at Highcliffe House 🏨

Quite right too. 😏

But the car was only part of the story.

They parked it up, pulled on the walking shoes, explored 🌿🥾, ate well 🍽️, relaxed, enjoyed a G&T 🍸 and generally did what we think a stay here should be about.

Then this morning it was bags in, roof ready, next stop — and eventually home. 🇬🇧➡️🇳🇱

We do love a bit of automotive glamour on the drive, but equally, your much-loved little runaround gets exactly the same welcome. ❤️

🇫🇷✨ OOH LA LA… THE FRENCH HAVE ARRIVED! 🚙💨

Meet Georges & Claudine — touring the South West in their fabulous Peugeot 504 Cabriolet. ❤️

We heard them before we saw them… that glorious classic-car rumble climbed the drive and suddenly the Riviera had arrived on Exmoor. 😎⛰️

The 504 is unmistakably French 🇫🇷, but this elegant Cabriolet was styled in Italy by Pininfarina.

Très chic. Obviously. 😉

After Highcliffe, Georges & Claudine headed for via Dunkery Beacon — because in a car like this, taking the boring route rather misses the point. 🚙🌿
