We’re looking for a friendly and professional Hotel Host/Receptionist to join our team!

📍 *Location:* Mode Hotel St Annes
🕒 *Hours:* Part-time, 3 days a week (morning or evening shifts)
📅 *Rotas:* Weekly, offering flexibility
🤝 *Team:* Supportive and welcoming
🎓 *Training:* Provided – no experience necessary
🚀 *Start Date*: Immediate

*What You’ll Do*:

Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude
Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
Handle guest queries and provide local recommendations
Morning shift: Assist with breakfast service
Evening shift: Operate the bar and serve drinks
Ensure smooth front desk operations

*What We’re Looking For*:

Excellent communication and customer service skills
Friendly, reliable, and well-presented
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic computer skills (training provided)
Bar experience is a plus (for evening shifts)
