This family has been staying with us over Christmas and New Year since 2018, so hearing that they continue to come back year after year really means a lot to us.
They had such kind words for our team, newly refurbished rooms and the food, with a special mention for our kitchen staff who went above and beyond to make sure their son, who has coeliac disease, had plenty of safe and enjoyable choices throughout the stay.
