✨ Chase the Northern Lights in Lytham St Annes
If you’ve ever dreamed of seeing the Northern Lights, autumn nights along the North West coast can sometimes make it possible. 🌌
Thanks to local photographer John Threlfall Photography for letting us know about the cool sight right here in St Annes.

Aurora displays are best seen in the darkest hours, usually between 10 p.m. and 2 a.m.
Head to the beach away from streetlights, find a clear patch of sky, and keep an eye on real-time aurora forecasts. Even if the colours look faint to the naked eye, your phone camera can often pick up way more detail and colour, so snap a few photos to capture the full magic.
Clear skies, low light, and a little luck are all you need. Who knows, tonight might be your lucky night!
