April - £50/night (bank holiday 18th-21st £300)
May - £50/night (bank holiday 2nd-5th £300 & bank holiday 23rd-26th £300)
June - £60/night
July- £60/night (excluding school holidays from Monday 28th)
First week July & August - £80/night (bank holiday 22nd-25th £300)
September - £60/night
October- £50/night
November - £30/night
December - £30/night
Please note: price are subject to a £30 cleaning fee. This is added on to your total price of your stay.
Bedsheets can be supplied at an additional cost of £12.
10% discount for 7 night+ stays
Deposit of £50 to secure booking and deducted final amount.
No passes required to use the site facilities.
Bedding included but not bed sheets and duvet covers so please don’t forget to take them with you along with your own towels, tea towels etc. Pets allowed but we politely ask they are not left in the van alone. Smoking and va**ng inside the van is not permitted.
The van sleeps 8 and consists of 1 family bathroom, separate toilet, 3 bedrooms (2 double and a twin) and a pull out bed in main living area.
Cleaner in between guests visit but we politely ask for guest to leave to can tidy and put toys back where they were found.
Caravan includes: high chair, travel
Cot, cups, glasses, pans, cutlery, slow cooker, air fryer, hair dryer, straighteners, free view TV, books, DVDs, children’s toys and more.
The caravan is located on a beautiful spacious site with facilities such as, arcade, show bar with Lucky the Lion and friends, restaurant and bar, SPAR shop, cafe, laundrette, 18 hole golf course, fishing lakes, children’s park, aqua park. Multi sports pitch. Lidl, Tesco and large co-op store 5 minutes from site and Mablethorpe centre just a short drive away.
