Our 8 berth, 37x12 Salsa Eco caravan is quietly situated close to all amenities (Pine Drive) on Haven's Golden Sands Holiday Park, with parking space for car next to caravan. Also is a decking area with seating outside the caravan.
There are three bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed, and triple wardrobe. There are two single beds in the second bedroom, and the third bedroom.
Duvets and pillows are provided for eight persons, but guests must provide their own bed linen, unless requested otherwise (small fee).
There is a good sized shower, toilet and hand wash basin and hair dryer available.
Also separate small bathroom.
The well equipped kitchen comes with sufficient cutlery, crockery, wine glasses, glass tumblers etc. for use by up to eight persons.
There is a full sized gas cooker, fridge/small freezer compartment, microwave, toaster and kettle, plus cooking utensils, bowls, bottle and tin openers. For guests convenience, an iron and ironing board are available for use. And also hairdryer.
The spacious lounge is equipped with lots of seating, a flat screen Freeview TV, blue-ray DVD player and a selection of DVDs for both children and adults. A radiant gas fire provides the heating and small oil filled radiator.

Duvets and pillows are provided for eight persons - but please bring your own bed linen(can hire) and towels.
All bookings are subject to a booking deposit £50 with balance to be paid at least 6 weeks before commencement of holiday, unless otherwise arranged as payment plans can be arranged. And also a refundable breakages/missing items deposit £75 payable within 7 days of booking in addition to the price. This is refunded once the van has been checked.
Unless other arrangements are made, keys in key safe. In the event that a gas cylinder should run out please inform reception (or if late in the evening notify security). A replacement will be speedily fitted.
Gas and electricity are included in the price.
Golden Sands Holiday Park
Golden Sands is aptly named because there is a gorgeous beach adjacent to the holiday park, which extends for miles. Close by the park is a seal sanctuary/animal park. A sand train travels along the beach to Mablethorpe town and there is also a road train for the same purpose. To walk to Mablethorpe centre, along a level road, takes just 15 minutes.
On this Haven site there are numerous facilities and activities for both children and adults. There is a large clubhouse providing good entertainment most evenings, and activities during the day keeping the children entertained. The clubhouse contains a large ball park area and a bowling alley and pool tables. New to 2020 a large outdoor play area has been built. There are also amusement arcades, cycle hire, go-kart hire, indoor and outdoor pool, There also have a zip wire, rock climbing , pottery painting but these are chargeable. Also supermarket, fish and chip shop, Papa John's pizza, bars and restaurants.
Just a few metres from the caravan is a small convenience shop, cash point and Laundry room. Also on site which is a well stocked fishing lake.
