*Site Fee Reminder!*
We'd like to remind all our owners about payments for site fees to be paid by the 30th September to avoid additional charges. Please also note that Trusville is CLOSED on the 30th September but the option to pay via bank is still available and you can see us in the office up to the 29th September.
There are some options on how to pay, whether that's payments in full or instalments:
-In our reception. Pop into our reception and we will take the payment there for you.
-Over the phone. Please call 07376638922.
-Payment online. Please see the attached image for our bank details to make a payment to us. You MUST reference your payment with your SURNAME, CARAVAN/FLAT NUMBER and 'T'. We must have all the details to ensure your payment is correctly allocated to your account.
If you can make the payment online, we do recommend this option as our office can be very busy with phone calls and in person payments during this time.

Afternoon , firstly I’d like to apologise for the on going problem with the barrier to the entrance of the park, we’ve had the barrier engineer out several times and each time it gets resolved it last a couple of days , we have now isolated the fault and can manually over ride , if the barrier is down outside of office ours please pop to the pub where a spare key has been left behind the bar sorry for any inconvenience .team Trusville x

FYI
2 pre loaded electric cards will now be left behind the bar for emergencies , there is £10 credit on each that must be paid for at the bar and the card returned back to the bar once loaded onto your meter otherwise you will be charged for an extra card : thank you 😜

Good morning all , News letters /2027 site fees are available to collect from the office , also please make a note of the new office opening times until the end of the season with the exception of Thursday 27th ( tomorrow ) when the office will be closed but maintenance will be on site .

Good morning to our lovely caravan owners!
You may be aware that there are some changes to our opening times coming up so please note the following.
Week commencing the 24th August, Trusville office will be closed Tuesday 25th August
Thursday the 27th August &
Sunday 30th August.

From the 31st of August the Office will be closed on
Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.
And Opening 10-3pm On Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

Unfortunately the office will be closed during the day today but will be open between 4pm and 5pm this afternoon.

Morning all , slight temperature change today brrrr
We are aware there is a technical issue with the barrier to the park and have contacted the engineers, they have given us a 72 hour call out window for repairs , please be vigilant onsite and report to the office if you believe there are any “uninvited “ guests
