POLITE NOTICE

We write to confirm we have appointed contractors who will be working on the Park from Monday 20th April 2026, undertaking trenching and cabling works, for our street lights.

The works being undertaking will be in the J Block/P Block area and by the substation.

We expect these works to be completed by Friday 24th April 2026 and will provide further update, once these works have been completed.

We will endeavour to keep any disruptions to a minimum during this time and politely request all Park users take additional care and attention, in this area, whilst the works are being undertaken.

Grass Cutting Update

We are pleased to announce that following poor ground conditions and heavy rainfall since the beginning of 2026, our appointed grounds maintenance contractor have now commenced the first grass cut of the season.

These works will continue at the beginning of next week (week commencing Monday 23rd March 2026).

As we approach the festive season, we kindly like to remind all owners about bin etiquette on park. Please be responsible when disposing of unwanted items and rubbish.

During the Christmas and New Year period, the park bin bays are extremely busy. To help keep the park clean and accessible for everyone, please observe the following:

• Only household waste should be placed in the bin bays, including appropriate recycling (food Scrapings, packaging, glass, cardboard etc).

• Please ensure all rubbish is placed inside the bins and not left on the bin bay floor.

• Cardboard boxes must be properly dismantled before being placed in the bins.

The following items are NOT permitted in the park bin bays and must be taken to your local Waste Recycling Centre:

• Electrical appliances (large or small)

• Clothing, shoes, and soft furnishings, unwanted presents

• Any Furniture, ornaments, scrap metal, carpets, tiles, and lino

• Refurbishment or decorating materials (including paint, plasterboard, and wood)

• Tools, toys, TVs, batteries, car parts, and light bulbs

• Any flammable materials, including petrol, oil, gas cannisters,

We kindly request if you have anything that you are not sure of you check with the park before disposing of it first.

Defibrillator Out of Action

Good Afternoon all,

Please note that unfortunately our Defibrillator Machine is temporarily out of service.

Whilst we are working to get this in order again we ask that you all refresh yourselves as to where the nearest Defibrillator Machine is whilst ours is temporarily out of service.
