Garden Lodge offers comfortable, modern accommodation for up to 7 people, with a ground floor bedroom near the family bathroom and two en-suite bedrooms on the first floor. The large dining kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, electric cooker, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. The living room is spacious and comfortable with patio doors opening onto the patio and lawn of the private, enclosed garden. Dunes Cottage is a 19th Century cottage that historically belonged to the brick-maker when the adjacent site was a brick pit. This comfortable and quirky cottage has a large enclosed garden which is fantastic for dogs, and is a charming, peaceful holiday cottage hideaway. The cottage sleeps up to 4 people, with a double bedroom and a twin-bedded room

We welcome children and dogs in both cottages and aim to provide a comfortable, well-equipped environment for your stay. All bed linen and towels are provided and there is private off-road parking directly outside the cottages. Fresh eggs from our lovely chickens are included as part of your welcome pack. Theddlethorpe is conveniently situated for the coastal resort of Mablethorpe – which you can walk to along the beach -; the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds which are a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty - www.landscapesforlife.org.uk - perfect for days of walks and exploring; the Historic City of Lincoln with its magnificent Cathedral, newly rejuvenated Castle, and Collection gallery; and the market towns of Louth, Alford and Horncastle which feature monthly Farmers Markets to get a real taste of local produce. Donna Nook National Nature Reserve, just a few miles north along the coast, is a renowned breeding ground for grey seals and in the months of November and December visitors from across the world are attracted to this wildlife spectacle.

This lovely cinema is a gentle 45 minute drive from the coast through the beautiful scenery of the Wolds. A great day-out destination with a wander through the pretty village of Woodhall Spa, a visit to the Woodhall Spa Cottage Museum and the Tea House in the woods to look forward to as well

Oh my! How great it was to have sooo much sunshine today! ☀️ ☀️☀️

Made even better by my wonderful teen offering to do the first grass cut of the year at Garden Lodge while I tackled other outdoorsy ventures!! 💚

With the mowing done we stopped to listen to just how peaceful everything is here - the only sound was the birds joyously singing about the day - and who could blame them! 🐦🎶

Such a simple, beautiful, rewarding way to spend time sharing and enjoying the everyday and getting ready for another beautiful Springtime by the coast 💛🤞
